Instructor notes: This course is run entirely through Blackboard (there are no on-campus obligations). Once you sign on to the Blackboard system and select "Bio 103", you'll have access to the course materials. The class is opened a few days prior to the start of each semester (so you won't "see" it until then). I will send out a welcome email when it's opened that will provide you with further instructions. Students will be required to post a self-intro on the class Discussion board by the 2nd day of class as a means of "checking in" and confirming their spot on the roster. (Information regarding this will be given in the welcome email.) Required textbook is Hickman, Cleveland P., Jr., Larry S. Roberts, and Allan Larson. 2012. Animal Diversity, 6th ed.
