Students to Graduate from MiraCosta College’s Adult High School Diploma Program
Approximately 100 students will receive high school diplomas this spring through
MiraCosta College’s Adult High School Program
, and many of them will be in attendance to receive their diplomas at a special commencement ceremony on Thursday, May 24, 6 p.m., at the MiraCosta College Concert Hall (Bldg. 2400), 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside.
MiraCosta College
Board of Trustees member Gloria Carranza will present the diplomas and MiraCosta College Superintendent/President Francisco Rodriguez will be on hand to offer congratulations. Two students will speak at the graduation: Stephen C. Crayton and Maria J. Valdez. Also participating in the ceremony will be Vice President of Instruction Dick Robertson and Dean of Community Education Alketa Wojcik.
The Adult High School Diploma Program is designed for students 18 years of age or older who wish to complete the requirements for a high school diploma or prepare to take the GED.
