Refund Policies


Once Program fees are paid to the English Language Institute, any request for refunds must be submitted in writing to Community Services, MiraCosta College. Tuition refund requests will be processed as follows:

  • Before Start of Session full refund minus the application fee
  • During the first week 75% refund minus application fee
  • After first week 50% refund minus application fee
  • After two weeks of program start date no refund will be given

No refund provided for book, monthly bus pass, or any other incidental fee paid to MiraCosta College.
