Instructor notes: For an on-line asynchronous course, a student must be extremely self-motivated and independent in his or her learning. With online classes you literally have to “show up”, sit yourself down, read assignments, and participate. In some cases, it may take more of your time. If you were taking this class on campus, you would be spending 6 hours per week in class and then additional hours for each hour studying on your own. For this online class, please expect to spend approximately 20 or more hours per week in order to successfully complete the course.
