Principles of Economics: MACRO

This course introduces the science of economics as applied to the aggregate economy. It emphasizes national income determination, money and banking, monetary and fiscal policies, international economic relationships, and issues associated with economic growth.

Instructor notes: Note that this class in not fully online. The lecture materials (content), practice quizzes, regular quizzes and discussion board items will all be held online. However, the midterms (four) and the final exam will be held physically on campus, primarily at the Academic Proctoring Center (Room 3333 in Oceanside, and Room 101 in San Elijo), or at a site approved by the Academic Proctoring Center, where students will be given choices of several consecutive days with various margins of time (e.g. morning to afternoon slot or afternoon to evening slot), to take the test.
