MiraCosta College Hosts Cyber Safety Presentation

The Internet is an amazing place where people like to spend a lot of time socializing and exploring. Unfortunately, they often share too much too soon or encounter something they weren’t expecting. The San Diego Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the San Diego Police Foundation are providing tools to help people make smart decisions about social networking, protecting their identities and legal issues that pertain to working with minors. Students, professors and concerned adults are invited to attend this important community event at MiraCosta College.

This is a free presentation and will be held Monday, April 16, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Administration Bldg., Room 1068, at MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside. Free parking is available in lots 1A, 1B and 2A.
