The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and MiraCosta College will present two public November 2012 general election candidate forums.

September 6, 3 p.m.: MiraCosta College Board of Trustees and Oceanside City Council

September 13, 3 p.m.: Oceanside Mayor and Tri-City Hospital Board
