KAYAKING TRIP
When: Thursday April 25th (4-6pm)
Where: Carlsbad Lagoon
Who: Open to all MiraCosta students, but only the first 20 will get to participate.

THE AMAZING RACE MIRACOSTA
When: Friday May 3rd (2-4pm)
Where: Gym
Who: All MiraCosta Students and Staff
What: Each team will consist of three members, with at least one student and at least one MiraCosta staff person (administrator, faculty or classified). The race will incorporate physical, mental and team-oriented challenges using the Oceanside campus as the course. This will be an great way to conclude the semester with a fun activity involving both students and staff. The event will be a scaled version of the popular TV show, The Amazing Race. Challenges may include but are not limited to, juggling, golfing, throwing a Frisbee, MiraCosta trivia, academic trivia, team-building, rock balancing, and problem-solving.
To register your team please send an email to pconahan@miracosta.edu with the names of your three team members and we will follow up with more details.
