2 bedrooms are available in my 3-bedroom, 2 bath Solana Beach condo. Each nonfurnished bedroom rents for $735, which includes electricity, cable and wifi/internet. Non-smoking female roommates only. The condo is about 1 mile from the beach and one exit from the Del Mar racetrack. It is close to everything. Solana Beach is a beautiful and nice, safe area. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, two racquet ball courts and two laundry facilities, one of which is steps from this condo.

I am a female and I am looking for two nice (pleasant, positive, congenial, considerate, etc.) and responsible, clean and neat roomates who take good care of other people's property and are willing to share in household chores. I am looking for either a student or someone who works full-time. Please, no smoking, alcohol abuse, drugs, frequent overnight guests, and no pets (sorry). BTW, I do have an indoor-outdoor CAT. Month-to-month. References required.
