The Inter-Club Council
All club members have a voice through the Inter-Club Council (ICC), to which each club sends a representative. ICC develops effective, organized, and fair policies so all clubs will thrive. ICC also sponsors a "Club Recruitment Day" each semester, which gives interested students an opportunity to learn about the various clubs on campus and allows clubs to increase their membership.

Inter-Club Council Budget & Allocations
Each year the Inter-Club Council receives 21% of ID card revenue from the Associated Student Government's operating budget. Funds are used to support the ICC's ongoing operations, projects and activities. The ICC budget is developed and approved each spring semester.
Funds are also allocated to all recognized clubs who submit their petition by the fourth week of the fall semester. New clubs are eligible to receive seed money. All clubs must be in good standing with the ICC in order to qualify for an allocation or seed allotment.

Meeting Agendas & Minutes
2012-2013 ICC Full Council, 12:30-1:30pm
The purpose of the ICC Full Council is, "... to encourage student life, diversity, and learning outside of the classroom." The Council is the representative body of clubs; coordinating and promoting communication and cooperation among student clubs and organizations on campus. The Council is composed of all recognized clubs at MiraCosta College. It is the obligation of each recognized club to send a representative to every ICC Full Council meeting.

2012-2013 ICC Leadership Council, 12:30-1:20p.m.
The purpose of the ICC Leadership Council is to assist the Chair of the Inter-Club Council with planning and coordination of activities and events important to student organizations. The ICC Leadership Council manages the operating budget and reserves of the ICC.
