The Academic Proctoring Center - Scheduling

Please read the following before you schedule your appointment:

  • You will need to know your student ID number (this is your Surf ID number with a 0 in place of the W) to use the online appointment scheduling system.
  • See How to Schedule and Change Your Appointment Online for help with scheduling your exam.
  • To avoid a Missed Appointment Report sent to your Instructor, please do not schedule multiple appointments for the same test.

  • All students must adhere to the Policies for Students Using the APC (DOC).
