View my Enrollment Appointment

At the SURF Login website, enter your SURF ID and Password. Click Sign In.
At the top left click on Main Menu > Self Service > Enrollment > Enrollment Appointment & Dates.
Select the appropriate term if applicable.
You may now view your Enrollment Dates.
Use the your browser to print the page.
