View my Unofficial Enrollment Verification

  • At the SURF Login website, enter your SURF ID and Password. Click Sign In.
  • At the top left click Main Menu > Self Service > Academic Records > Request Enrollment Verification.
  • Select your desired options in the "Select Processing Options" box, and click Submit
  • Use the Internet browser to print the page.
