  • Transfer Express +
    No appointment? No problem, virtually join your transfer counselors face to face for Transfer Express + to ask your time sensitive and eager questions about a transfer requirement, dropping a class or a what if scenarios. Join us online on selected Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays throughout the semester.  
  • Transfer 101 Step 1
    Join us to learn about transfer options and opportunities available at MiraCosta College. This presentation is ideal for current and prospective MiraCosta College students, faculty, staff, parents, and community members who want to learn about transfer admission requirements for California State University (CSU), University of California (UC), private, out of state, Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) programs, Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT), transfer counseling services, education planning, and more.
  • Transferring to a UC? Let’s Get Started! Step 2A
    This workshop is for all new students to Learn about: UC admissions, Competitive GPA (Grade Point Average), Start your UC TAP (Transfer Admission Planner), UC TAG rules and deadlines, UCLA TAP (Transfer Alliance Program) and how to pay for UC.
  • Transferring to a CSU? Let’s Get Started! Step 2B
    This workshop is for all new students to learn about: CSU admissions, transfer requirements, how to select which CSUs to apply, transfer timeline, application information, and financial aid.
  • Transferring to a UC? Next Level! Step 3
    This workshop is for students who have attended “Transferring to a UC? Let’s Get Started! Step 2” and getting ready to submit UC TAG, and UC Application. Learn about: Dates and Deadlines, TAG and Application Process, UC Personal Insight Questions, UC TAU (Transfer Academic Update) and other next steps after applying.
  • UC/CSU Application Support
    Students applying to transfer are encouraged to register for an application workshop. Application workshops will close once 30 students have signed up. Students who wish to create their UC TAP account are encouraged to attend our Transferring to a UC webinar offered prior to attending application workshops.
