- Mondays & Tuesdays: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Online Appointents (on Zoom)
- Monday - Thursday: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM & 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Fridays: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM & 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Coaching Appointments & Walk-Ins
- Appointments are prioritized over walk-ins.
- Sessions are 30 minutes, with 25 minutes of active coaching.
- Coaches use the final 5 minutes to record session details.
