The District offers a variety of facilities for community use. Rental fees are determined by user classification and facility type, with additional costs assessed as needed for staffing, equipment, and event support services.

User Classifications
Classification I - Statutory Community Benefit Organizations
Nonprofit organizations and community groups that provide educational, charitable, youth-serving, civic, or community-benefit activities as defined by California Education Code.
Examples: Public agencies, K-12 schools, PTA/PTO organizations, youth sports leagues, senior groups, and charitable or educational nonprofits.
Classification II - Other Nonprofit Community Organizations
Nonprofit and community organizations that serve a public benefit but do not qualify under Classification I. Any revenue generated must support charitable purposes or student welfare.
Examples: Alumni associations, adult sports leagues, nonprofit professional associations, trade organizations, and hobby clubs.
Classification III - Commercial and Private Benefit Uses
Organizations, businesses, or individuals conducting activities that primarily serve a commercial, proprietary, religious, or private interest.
Examples: Corporate trainings, vendor events, weddings, for-profit events, and ongoing worship services.

Additional Costs
In addition to facility rental fees, users may be responsible for costs associated with:
- Event staffing and supervision
- Custodial services
- Campus safety or security personnel
- Audio/visual and technical support
- Equipment rental and setup
- Special event services or facility preparations
- Overtime or extended-hours support
Equipment Fees Per Day
Piano (Retuning Fee): $350
Parking Fees Per Day for Civic Center Events
Oceanside & San Elijo Campuses: Monday - Sunday $1 per vehicle per day
Community Learning Center: $0.50 per vehicle per day
Parking areas may be reserved for Civic Center events subject to the posted hourly lot fee or daily per vehicle fee, whichever is less.
