Safe, Steady, and Sustainable Recovery: Support safe movement toward an exceptional learning environment for students and employees, promoting an equitable recovery.
Guided Pathways/Equity: Regularly monitor progress on Student Success in the context of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Review Guided Pathways metrics twice per year and hold in-depth discussions to develop a greater understanding of their meaning and implications. Oversee plan for the sustainable implementation of resources needed.
College Culture: Monitor work aimed at improving the campus culture based upon the 2019 Campus Climate Survey, to create an inclusive, welcoming and supportive culture that acknowledges and supports individuals and their contributions.
Facilities: Review existing plans in regard to additional state and compliance mandates and update funding plan, as required. Regularly monitor progress on the Capital Building Plan in terms of costs, timeline and adherence to program values.
Long Term Plan: Monitor implementation of Long-Term Plan including building Futures capacity and methodology in updating and aligning plans. Ensure planning processes incorporate planning for various scenarios driven by the pandemic and potential future disrupters.
