Several courses are taught in the Wellness Center including KINE100 Beginning Weight Training, KINE101 Intermediate Weight Training, and KINE102 Advanced Weight Training.

How Does the Program Work?
In this program, we will encourage you to develop positive exercise habits that meet your needs. You will learn about your present level of fitness and effective strength training techniques and programs. We'll show you appropriate ways to safely use our free weights, cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Trained personnel supervise the Center at all times. If you have any questions on how to use the equipment, please ask an instructor for assistance.
How Do I Sign Up?
Register for a Wellness Center course through SURF. KINE 100 Functional Resistance Training, KINE 101 Intermediate Weight Training and KINE 102 Advanced Weight Training are offered in the Wellness Center. Your instructor will guide you through your preliminary paperwork, fitness assessments and exercise program. We look forward to working with you!
