Returning Students: How to Apply and Enroll at MiraCosta College

Welcome Back, Spartan! As a returning student, you've been enrolled at MiraCosta College in the past but not in the previous two semesters (summer session excluded).

Start with submitting a new Admission Application (see step one) to make sure you become an active student again.

	Submit a New Application Complete the MiraCosta College application online. Once your application is processed you will receive two emails: 1.) Welcome email 2.) Placement email

	Apply for Financial Aid Need Money for College? Financial aid can help! Fill out the FAFSA at fafsa.gov or California Dream Act Application at csac.ca.gov. Apply for scholarships at miracosta.edu/scholarships

	Check Spartan Prep Status in SURF Check your task list in SURF to complete Spartan Prep steps Contact Orientation & Student Support Office

	Discover Careers & Explore Majors Explore your career interests and discover an Academic and Career Pathway (ACP)

	Connect with Academic Counseling Let our counselors assist you in selecting the right courses for your educational goal.

	Register and Pay In SURF, register for the classes you selected. Pay online through SURF or in-person. Contact the Student Accounts office at 760.795.6835 with questions related to fees and parking permits.
