Per direction of the Chancellor’s office, California community colleges are required to submit a Student Equity Plan which is designed to review specific “success indicators” (access; course completion; ESL and basic skills completion; degrees and certificates awarded; and transfer rates). From this review of the data, the college develops detailed goals, plans of action and tailored resources to address the identified gaps for disproportionately impacted populations and submits a cycle plan to the Chancellor’s office. You may review past and present plans below:

In addition to the Student Equity Plan submitted to the Chancellor’s office, our commitment to being equity minded fosters a space to constantly engage with what is happening at our district and how to center equity. Be on the lookout for our local resource document that discusses disproportionate impact at our district with specific information regarding those specific populations.
